CROWN POINTE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.

Dear Homeowners,

The Board of Directors would like to inform all homeowners of the following Association related matters:

PARKING:

The Association has received several complaints regarding vehicles stored on Country Club Drive.  As a reminder, the City of Long Beach has a seventy-two (72) hour parking limit on public streets (Municipal Code 10.22.130).  If a vehicle is found in violation of this code, it will be subject to towing at the cost of the vehicle owner.

The Board is encouraging all homeowners/residents to make ample space in their garages to park personal vehicles.  As a reminder, the Association’s parking permits are for guest vehicles only and the Board of Directors will be closely monitoring the use of these permits.

PAPERLESS BILLING:

The Board would like to encourage all homeowners to sign up for paperless billing.  To enroll in paperless billing, please complete the following:

1) Go to http://cannon.opt-e-mail.com;

2) Click on the link ‘sign up for e-statements’, enter your account number (including leading zeroes), street number, and e-mail; and

3) You will then receive an e-mail with an activation link for confirmation.  Click that link and you are enrolled!

YOUR COOPERATION WILL HELP US SAVE PAPER AND POSTAGE COSTS!!!
