Can a homeowner put issues or concerns before the Board even if they are unable to attend the meetings?

Homeowners who are not able to attend the Board of Directors meetings may still put issues or concerns before the Board by mailing or e-mailing a letter to the Board of Directors via Bali Management. Bali Management will publish any homeowner letters in the Board’s management reports for review at the meetings.
